Today I received a letter from my girlfriend Dot. Dot was in our travel group when we went to China to adopt Myah. She was adopting her daughter Olivia. We went through the highs and lows of adopting. We held each others hand in China and here in the States. We recently saw each other when she came to visit us for our China Group reunion...well anyhow...I was deeply moved by her letter. In it it stated that she wasnt as well versed as I was in writing..but in reality...her letter spoke volumes...and the tears were flowing...and the way I see it...she ruined my make-up today..mascara all running down my face..and me looking like Rina the Racoona. Not to mention that when I cry my nose turns red...(you get the picture right?)
Big hugs to Brigette to for emailing daily...and at the end of the day...whats magical about our China group is the intimacy of being connected with families we would of never of known, had life not done it for us..
