Where do I start..If you recall in my earlier post I met a family who was adopting a 7 year old girl and the child refused to be adopted. The director and the parents had a meeting of the minds and decided that they did not want to take the child against her will. So they were sent back to the hotel with hopes of finding another child that was paper ready to be adopted. A few days passed and I would run into them on the streets, we would chat and I could feel and see the devastation of this family....here I am holding my child and they were childless...perhaps returning to the states without a child.
Today while I was strolling the streets with Myah I saw them...they received another referral and beautiful 5 year old girl, named Tommi. Deborah and I hugged and cried on the street corner...we couldn't even exchange words..there simply weren't any words. I was so choked up I had to go back to the hotel. Prayers were answered and heard...We managed to exchange e mail addresses to keep in touch..
For dinner we decided to go back to the Thai restaurant with Jan and Patrick and their daughter Lillian. As we entered the restaurant I saw a woman walking toward me. It was Tracy! We hugged and cried as I introduced her to Myah. You can't explain moments like this. It was truly a Hallmark moment. Priceless! So many months, phone calls, dreams, concerns and support was exchanged between us and finally we are face to face. I walked over to the table and said hi to Doug and her mom. Her gotcha day is on Monday. Once she gets Bree will meet up again with the girls. Another moment I wait baited breath for.....

Hi Rina, you've probably seen where I posted about you on my blog. You will never know how much your kind words helped us earlier in the week - you gave us hope - my dad said you were truly sent by God to talk to us, like angels.
Your Myah is precious - you've been so sweet to talk to me about our child I haven't even really told you what a beautiful young lady you have (but you already know that!)
Keep us in your prayers - they are trying to catch up our paperwork so we can go home on time (next fri) we're praying for another miracle!
we'll stay in touch! deb
