Rough Day...Some days you tame the tiger. And some days the tiger has you for lunch...how did we taste? Grrrrrr...

6am and our day begins

hugs and kisses

She kept saying "Peeeas, bo" which translates to NO, PLEASE!

She was kicking and screaming but eventually they had to hold her tight

Makeup always makes a girl feel good

we wait outside the room before tests begin

the anesthesia team put her out..they told me I wasnt allowed to take pictures...

of course I didnt listen and the damn machine sucked my camera right out of my hand..I really got to work on my listening skills

the hours of testing begin

Myah being rolled out

we are here baby girl...we're not leaving

I had you sit up and I shared a blanket and my gatorade..but you wanted no part of it..

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

We wanted to give a special shout out to Anne Brumfield who is Emily (Myah's China sister) family friend....she has provided for us today in more ways than she will ever know....

What a brave little sweetheart! Rina: it's me, Brenda. Somehow I ended up as "Sally" for my google account - it's very old. So it's me!

I can hardly look at the pics of Myah waiting to have the IV needed placed. It's too much for me...
Cannot FATHOM the intensity of emotions you've dealt with during all these procedures....or HER level of stress. The fears she's had to face/overcome. Ugh.
I don't think I can take it.
Sniff.
As for Anne - she is a true love. She knows how to rally folks together for a common cause of faith.
We're all on your side.
Hugs,
Vicki, Emily, Carol

@Brenda...I was wondering who Sally was...glad you are here holding my hand...
@ Vicki, I cant tell you the outpour of love and donations that came from Mississippi ..people coming out of the woodworks and helping Emily's china sister...well I have a lot of thank yous to do and I am so glad Anne is doing the work of the Lord..this trip wouldnt of been possible if Margaret (our artist friend) and Anne didnt rally the troops....I feel empowered knowing that some of the financial burden has been lifted..Now I can go and turn over every stone possible to get my daughter healthy....whatever healthy might be..
