We arrived!
Let me just start off by saying that I am not happy..and if momma aint happy aint nobody happy!
It started off with nothing but tears and sobbing this morning when I had to drop the boys off...and at the last minute I couldn't send my little guy Mitchell to school. I kept him out and allowed him to come to the airport...I couldn't say goodbye to him..we got in the car and drove to the airport. Well when it was time to say goodbye he was choking on his saliva from crying...which sent me into hysterics....the pain was too deep...
I checked my bags in only to be questioned about what was in my bags...I gave them a running list...they asked if I had drugs...I told the guy "Do I look like a drug dealer" He responded "No but you dont look like "HER" mother either" as he pointed to Myah...Well I felt myself gathering phlegm from the back of my throat to spit..but gathered my composure...They opened my bag and asked what was in the plastic bag with white powder...I couldn't believe this is happening...
For goodness sakes folks it was clothes detergent....I told them to smell it or taste it if they like...
the man looked at me and I kindly said.."Its tide clothes detergent..laced with febreeze" He didnt fing too much humor in that...I was in no mood
As I gathered my stuff and tried to get my things back into my suitcase...I headed for the plane...
I thought for sure the flight would be delayed since Cincinatti had 6 inches of fresh snow but to my surprise it was on time...
We loaded on the plane and began to take off...things are going smoothly...until the plane comes to a complete STOP after we were about to take off....THE FRIGGEN HYDROLICS WERE NOT WORKING...Now folks, I dont like planes, I dont like bridges, I dont do rollercoasters...this is happening to the wrong friggen person...So of courseI am starting to panic....The pilot said they will try to fix it...UUUUUGH I dont thinks so...You dont TRY to fix hydrolics...Get me off this friggen plane..GET ME OFF! The lady told me that my bags are on and there is no way getting them off....I sat there chewing my tongue ...2 hours pass sitting on the plane with air conditioner off..I am sweating like a dog..panting and all...
the pilot comes on the PA and said they were unsuccessful and we will be switched to another plane...THANK YOU GOD !
did I mention I wasn't happy....?
We disembark and get re-ticketed and board another plane...Myah has been an angel..no fussing, no crying...just happy as could be,....but was tired... \
We took off at 3:30pm..arrived at 6pm...
my car service was there waiting for us....I looked outside and I must say the snow is beautiful...
Myah loved it...
Our driver was awesome..I liked him because he was a paranoid driver..just like me...
I kept asking him..."Do you think your windshield wipers are going fast enough" , "Hey watch that semi truck on the left", "lookout there black ice on the road"....and he kept thanking me for the heads up...I know in reality he wanted to flip me the bird....
I am checked into the hotel and heading to the hospital for all day testing starting at 8am....
Devon, Trevor and Mitchell....Mommy misses you and love you SOOO much...brush your teeth and no horsing around at bedtime....Big hugs and many wet kisses..and 1 wet willy!
Hank, Mitchell has football practice tomorrow at 5:30pm...make sure he is dressed warm..and I usually pick up munchkins from dunkin donuts..they look forward to that..Lord its so hard to micro-manage from here...xoxo

Just wanted you to know we were thinking of you today! I know yesterday was not quite what you expected but today is a new day and things can only get better--I am quite the optimist:) Hope all goes well at the hospital, keep us posted--sending you hugs, kisses, good thought and prayers:)

How DARE that man tell you that you don't look like Myah's mother!! That would infuriate me!!
I know that was the least of your worries but some people are so ignorant!
